Dziuban Fedoseevich Ivan (1923-2008)

Painter, graphic artist, muralist.
He was born in February 2, 1923 in the village of Konstantinovka Donetsk region .. In 1937 he entered the Lugansk Art College. From 1943 until the end of World War II was on the front. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star in 1945, the Order of the Patriotic War of the first degree (1985) medals. After demobilization in 1947 he returned to Lugansk and finished his studies at the School of Art Painting Department. Since 1949 po1955 year student at the Kiev Art Institute, specialty - poster. His teachers were Kasiyan V., I. Pleschinskii, N. Khmelko.
The artistic heritage of Ivan Dziuban includes both the poster of the Soviet period, in which it is implemented as a poster, and the paintings on which he was inspired to write numerous trips with a sketchbook in the back of the Soviet Union. The artist left a large number of studies and not become finished paintings.
From 1974 - Honored Artist of Ukraine, member of the Artists Union of Ukraine. Paintings I. Dziuban demonstrated in numerous All-Union, republican and international exhibitions, including the XXX Biennale in Venice in 1960. Today, the artist represented in museums and private collections.
