Help with the definition of the author and the cost of painting
 

Oil painting is my assumption that the late 19th and early 20th century, more information is not unfortunately

Amateur painting, artists such unknowns - tens of thousands.
Many do not.

The writing is not important.

Probably the second half of the 20th century.
Or the middle.

In principle, it is worthless.
