Born in 1953 in Grodno , graduated from the Leningrad Art College named after V. Serov.
Since 1976, he worked in the Art Fund.
1989 - Director of Pyatigorsk Branch of the Art Fund of the Union of Russian Artists.
Since 2005 member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia.
In 2008 he was elected chairman of the Stavropol Regional Branch of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia.
Since 2010 - Vice-President of TSHR .
 He was awarded the medal " Shuvalov ," in 2010. and a medal "worthy" in 2011. Russian Academy of Arts and diplomas of Arts , the Gold Medal of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia .
