Utekhin Boris K. was born March 27, 1910 in St. Petersburg.

After graduating from high school two years Utekhin worked at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute. In 1930 he returned to Leningrad, where in 1930-1931 . He participated in exhibitions since the late 1930s . Worked primarily in the genre of landscape painting . After the war he worked as a designer in Lenizo . In 1956 he became a member of the Leningrad Union of Artists.
