Help the customer establish a rifle gun

There is a rifle company of Moravian Gustav Tichy ( Gustav quiet, or quiet ). Monogram on the butt customer ( see photo) and a service mark , enabling up to set a date of manufacture ( 1906 ). Please help set the name of the customer, or if possible , or at least make the assumption in this case
