 v. Schüßler
 in Dresden ",

which means "Landscape. Schüssler written background in Dresden ."

If you believe this inscription , the author of your picture is a little-known German artist Alfred Ludwig Hermann von Schüssler (Alfred Ludwig Hermann von Schüßler, 1820 - 1849). About him little. Able to find online is only one of its landscape, and then only in B /W image. He studied from 1835 to 1843 at the Dresden Academy . In 1843 went to Rome ( where he died ), although prior to 1848 continued to exhibit in Dresden. Your picture is clearly of its time student . So the XVIII century , alas, is no longer valid.

I speak that you will be extremely difficult to sell such a landscape in Russia for the amount you requested . It would be better to sell it in Germany, but there is unlikely you get for it more than 500 euros , because of similar or even better and larger -sized landscapes, there is proposed mass at various auctions from eBay, and at very reasonable amount to 1,000 euros .
