Vasily Kuzmich Zmiev (1909-1993)
 was born in Nikolaev, Architecture Faculty of Art іnstitut graduated 1933godu . All my life I lived in Moscow was commander in chief of the architectural planning management. Member of the Union of Architecture of the USSR from 1935.
 For decades, participated in exhibitions of the capital . Been in the Crimea, has done a lot of sketches. The product performed in the author's original technique (watercolor, gouache , ink) is a fantasy landscape and abstract decorative nature .
 Painting for him more than a hobby , it was passion , which he has put his heart and soul of imagination and dreams of seeing the world .
 Vasily Kuzmich works are in the Moscow Architectural Museum and the Simferopol Art Museum .

During the Nazi occupation (1941-1944 years) was a large reserve losses.

Construction was set up a special office "Lenakademstroya", which was given the task of restoration of architectural and landscaping ensembles, the construction of the museum and outbuildings. Completion date has been set - the spring of 1949, Pushkin's birthday. Builders have coped with this task.
