Helen Chukovskaya - 80 years!
 

August 6 Elena Tsezarevne Chukovskaya , the granddaughter of the great children's writer and daughter of the great Russian citizen , was 80 years old .

Health, mental harmony and longevity, Elena Tsezarevna !

I met her in the early 1980s , when we repaired the cottage on weekends Chukovsky in Peredelkino , and then sat at the table , ate and talked.

Man, 30 years have passed , the country has changed .
But Elena Tsezarevna remained the same as it was, and it's great!

April 28, 2011 in Moscow, was awarded the prize for Solzhenitsyn in 2011 . Its winner was Elena Tsezarevna Chukovskaya . The award was given to her " for selfless work for the preservation and publication of the rich heritage of family Chukovsky, for daring to help our literature difficult and dangerous moments in its history " .
