In Issyk-Kul open master classes for young artists CIS
With the support of IFESCCO 28 July, Lake Issyk- Kul, began classes for students of art schools of the CIS " Issyk -Kul: blue gates of Kyrgyzstan."

On the eve of the project participants attended the opening of the VI International Festival of Folk Arts " Oymo " in Cholpon -Ata , where they met with the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Otunbayeva .
They also visited a museum -workshop of the painter 's first national , People 's Artist of USSR Gapar Aitieva , where it met the son of an artist painter Sattar Aitiev .
