Starshinov Vladimir (1918-1991) - artist, landscape painter, member of the USSR Union of Artists.
Born in 1918 in the village Grivko Saratov region.
In 1931, came to Moscow and entered the Moscow Regional School 1905goda memory. Teachers were Ryazhskiy Yu, N. Frolov, A. Chirkov.
During World War II, after being seriously wounded, taken prisoner, was in a concentration camp.
After his release from prison he returned home, worked at the farm named after General Dovatora. A lot of support provided Starshinova V.K.Byalynitsky-Birula, a member of the artistic council farm.
Since 1953, Vladimir Starshinov regularly participated in exhibitions in Moscow.
In 1960 he was admitted to the USSR Union of Artists.
In 1986 he was a major solo exhibition. Starshinova VV.
