Prokofiev, help determine the cost of
 

Please help me determine the value of ...
1) Prokofiev, Nikolai ( 1866-1913 )
Architect , painter and graphic artist.
He studied at the Imperial Academy of Arts (1885-1894) , first in a class of landscape painting , from 1888 - at the architectural department . In 1894 was released from the Academy with the rank of class artist of the 1st degree.
2) the end of the nineteenth century , the beginning of the twentieth century
2) Plywood /oil
3) 66 x 82 cm

I would be very grateful for opinions on the likely cost of the picture ...

Signature , however, has similarities with the signatures of ND Prokofiev, but no more.
Things are Prokofiev at auctions, but I doubt his authorship is represented by the landscape.

This item has no relation to the Prokofiev.

like, the "fresh" signature is not similar and not so pretty close ... or am I mistaken :shy:>
