Please help us to attribute the picture.
Maybe someone will know the manner and subject of the artist, though a difficult task. Thanks in advance. Oil on cardboard. On the reverse side the inscription: April 19 Vitebsk. |

On the back side at the bottom are the initials "V" or "NV", and even lower at the edge of something written.
Take a picture or scan this part of the larger and pochetche, perhaps, this inscription contains some useful information. |
