At the beginning of the hottest month of summer, when the city begins to reign scorching heat, the days stretch forever and the nights do not bring the desired relief, waxworks INUTERO presented an exhibition of Diana Vouba "Moscow. Empire "- a mature and an extraordinary artist in Moscow, had been unfairly overlooked the attention of the crowd and meinstrima, but passionately and devotedly loved his viewers and connoisseurs of art. Her portraits of extraordinary strength, great architecture and dynamic interpretation of abstraction immediately cling to its perfect geometry and a powerful energy, but an invisible glass does not see the secret recipe and pictures.
One of the main themes of her work is without doubt the city. Moscow - the heart and capital of the empire and the empire itself, created by generations of people for almost a thousand years, but living separate lives. In this city imprinted various times, virtually all architectural styles, the country's history and the fate of millions of people. Reaching into his consciousness city can not afford living in it man. And Vouba collects far from Moscow in the human dimension of the mosaic pictures.
Moscow in pictures Vouba deserted, but not lifeless. Giant City - a single organism, a living creature, the arteries that move people and cars on a daily basis. Domes, walls, streets, bridges, glitter and marble chipped brick up his body. Each picture Vouba, as part of a picturesque array, shows the hidden side of things. As an artist says about itself, its task -'videt invisible and make it visible to others.' Conceptual complement to the exhibition was the text accompanying each picture to Catherine Kravtsova, author of books on Moscow, which are interesting historical facts and excerpts from literary works. At the exhibition opening June 30 duo made an unusually charismatic jazz singer Christina Sofinoy and talented instrumental improvisation STRIKE PAINTS.
