Import pictures in Ukraine not more than 50 years?
Welcome .
Whether the summer begins and the head is no longer cooks from the heat , but can not quite understand . With over 50 years old KC everything is clear and I thank the distinguished uriart etranger and appropriate topic, for what they are thanks again ! And in Ukraine now is the case with pictures no older than 50 years ? Eg 40 years ? What do we pay what taxes ? |

Since I am now at the same time customs clearance and painting over 50 years , and one , presumably , younger than 50 years , and experiencing all the delights of communion with the arrogant and stupid customs brokers , we can say that with me for that picture , that no more than 50 years old , want to tear off 44 percent - 24 percent import duty and 20 per cent VAT . This is a picture worth more than EUR 200 . For his work less than 200 euro will not take anything . Supposedly . So they say .

allexx, thanks!
Clearly, it means no change. I wish you luck in this communication! |

Amendment :
If the work is under 50 years old and worth less than 200 euros , no fees . If you work from 200 to 1000 euros, payable 20%import duty and VAT ( and still sort of gathering of some sort, only 44 %) . But if the work costs more than 1000 euros , then apply a full rate of customs tariffs and VAT , while the total rate for the group of 97 ( art and antiques ) - zero . That is , in principle, even in modern works worth over 1000 euros , you pay only the VAT . More , I wrote a related topic , there has resulted a reference to the laws and explanatory letter . |
