In the years 1935-1939 . as an auditor attended the workshop of his father , II Brodsky in Leningrad Academy of Arts , since 1939, studied in Moscow, NP Krymov .
Devoted its work image of native wildlife . Author paintings , landscapes , on the nature of the Urals, Siberia , Far East , Ukraine (" Sunset on the Dnieper " (1972) , "Spring " ( 1961-67 ), and others ).
Participated in exhibitions since 1944, works LI Brody were exhibited in France (1948 ) , Finland (1950 ), Poland (1951 ) , India (1951 ), China (1954 ), Syria (1955 ).
