Help evaluate the picture
 

Hello! Please help assess the picture.
Dimensions ~ 95h65, oil on canvas. Date and author unknown, no signatures. There were minor scrapes, crumbling paint, "restored" unprofessional artist.
Origin was not known 30 years ago was purchased along with a summer residence. I suspect that this copy is one of the paintings Balthasar van der Asta, but there are differences. Does this picture of any value? If you need additional photos, please specify. Thanks in advance!

A copy is made of a semi, if not simply amateurish.


Perhaps the 1930's, at best, a student of the initial rate of Arts.

I do not know how many in Russia, but at the Drouot in Paris for a copy of more than 200 euros is difficult to count.
