Gallery "Vellum" an exhibition "the country, people, city in the work of artists 1920 - 1970. The exhibition runs through March 3 at CHA (3 room, mezzanine floor).
"Vellum" exhibited by such writers as Victor Ufimtsev, Boris Smirnov-Rusetsky, Alexander Konovalov, Mane-Katz, David Burliuk, Oleg Gostev, Joseph Ostrowski. Total - more than 80 works. The exhibition presents around the globe, from the radiant snowy landscapes of the Far North Konovalova to the hot sun pictures of Samarkand and Tunisia brush W. Ufimtseva, from Brittany, seen Mane-Katz, to Florida, imaged Burliuk. An unusual feature of the exhibition will be that, along with the theme adopted for the travel of exotic species of nature and cities, a number of works devoted to the ethnographic scenes, conveying a vivid color in different cultures. Stylistically the paintings exhibition covers a whole range of areas, popular in Russian and European art of the middle decades of the last century, and every viewer will be able to find work to your liking, for the soul. |
