Vinokourov Maria Yakovlevna. Born in 1914 in Astrakhan. In 1936 g.zakonchila Astrakhan Art School (studio Academician Vlasov). In 1951 he graduated from the Kharkiv Art Institute. Teachers - M Deregus, LA Chernov, EE Egorov, S. Besedin. Over 20 years teaching at the Children Art School. Ilya Repin in Kharkov. Specializing in children's themes, landscapes, still lifes.
