Zakharkin Vladimir Semenovich (born 10/06/1923) 4B Painter. Born in Avdotino Ryazan region. He studied at the Moscow Art Institute. Surikov (1944-1950) by A. Osmyorkin, J. Maksimov, PI Kotov. He taught at the Art School in Moscow (1950-1953). Member of the Union of Artists (1951).
