National Research Institute for examination and evaluation of objects of historical and cultural "Ruskulturekspertiza" is an independent research institution, providing services for independent scientific and technical expertise, artistic expertise, attributions, independent evaluation of the historical, cultural, artistic values, of copyright, related rights of immovable and movable property, historic and cultural heritage. Specialists of the institute - professional art practitioners, experts, technicians, conservators, and independent appraisers.

SRI "Ruskulturekspertiza" is developing and learning:

- Scientific basis for national policy in the sphere of protection, evaluation, assessment, use of historical and cultural heritage;
- Methodological and legal frameworks for conservation and use of cultural and natural heritage;
- Basic and applied research methodology, examination and evaluation of artistic, cultural and historical values;
- Integrated regional programs and projects for the conservation, evaluation, independent scientific, technical, art-examination of objects of history and culture;
- Theoretical problems of attribution, verification, evaluation, Art objects of history and culture.
Employees and partners of the Institute "Ruskulturekspertiza" - specialists who were European certification and successfully pass examinations in Europe to assess, received European certification Approved by TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers Associations), are associate members of RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) which allows specialists at our institute to provide services of independent evaluators (experts) in the world and work with the objects of the world historical and cultural heritage. In its work the Institute adheres to the quality management system suitable to international standard ISO 9001:2000, our specialists are certified as experts, auditors internal audits of quality management system for compliance with GOST ISO 9001:2000.
