Borovkova planted on 12 may 2016. It turns out he spent almost two years. The article was 164 part 2 item a — theft of items or documents having special historical, scientific, artistic or cultural value, regardless of the method of the theft committed by a group of persons upon a preliminary collusion or by an organized group.

Now, as I understand it, the sentence is cancelled, even the conviction is removed. But, alas, there will be a new trial on the same subject. So not all over. But the man now on the loose.
