In the Tretyakov gallery opens the exhibition Zorikto Dorzhiev "Imaginary reality"
 

The exhibition Zorikto Dorzhiev "Imaginary reality", which will be held in the State Tretyakov gallery from 28 January to 1 March 2015 (Krimsky Val, 10 days, halls 80-82) will feature approximately 80 works created over the last decade: paintings, drawings and bronze sculptures. In the space of the exhibition will create an installation on the theme of graphic works plan. On the exhibition front of the building of the Tretyakov gallery on the Crimean Shaft will be installed ice sculptures based on the work plan "Angina".

Zorikto Dorjiev works in easel painting, drawing, book illustration, sculpture, as well as a cinema artist (he is the author of the costumes for the film "Mongol by Sergei Bodrov and "Celestial wives of the meadow Mari" Alexey Fedorchenko). Taking the basics of the Russian academic school and "cosmopolitanism" of modern European art, Dorjiev continues to follow the national Buryat traditions. The subject of the great steppe - the leitmotif of the creative plan. However, he managed to get away from pure Ethnography.
