1) how significant relationship between sales prices of works of art at auction and their estimeytami ? Customize whether high estimeyty hammer price even more accelerated growth ?

2) whether there are real examples where the works of art bring additional income to the owner ( for example, increased the influx of visitors to the hotel /restaurant) ?
