Noticed in the catalog of the Russian trading many lots with works sold 10 years ago at the same London venues at prices that today's estimate is not even close.

So. Estimate 2-3 times lower than the prices at which people bought in 2007-2008. Moreover, these new prices have begun to put in hard work and masterpieces (up kept). Some are tired of waiting, while others will take advantage.

Here only $ 4.5 million for a still life PFF I don't really believe.

Yes, a few people said to me, "Не above 3 млн.". View, intuition suggests that the result of all-таки surprise.

in 38,070 @- 50,760 $ Ovchinnikov somewhat confused me.. the Price is inadequate?

Assume that the auction was a difficult conversation with the owner on price, because 12 years ago, he bought it at Setbase (not at the Christie) for $96,000. And set a record that was never beaten. Then this picture is called "Ангелы and Railways". Nice job with the story, but today there is no such price. I think the real district $8 000 @000 - 10, so the forecast not sold. In addition, this Russian week high competition, works Ovchinnikov for sale of the proposed lot.

If the Rukhin estimate of £ 4,000 @6,000 - I did not cause,

Yes, the price is great. But Rukhin need to buy, being 148% sure of the authenticity. It is a difficult author, is counterfeited. A few years ago in London sold a collection of works, which was just abnormally many wrong things. And immediately woke up. Not angling for anything, but call for a standard of vigilance.
