1) RGI - this is not a pure auction, this is more a promotional structure that moves a circle of artists (well, perhaps directions, schools). In principle, this is wonderful.
2) They do not have such opportunities as a Sovkoma, so all the local and much smaller.
And so working with them can and should. Kirill here have lamented the count auctions in Russia, but they have like 3 years on the market.
