Mark, and yet it is an inexpensive reprint. Alib.ru open site, type in the search bar "Mentalizizm" and - bingo! - See under "Esoterica" several proposals with roughly the same description:

Offer Price £ 800-3000. Cost so much waiting, faster themselves would have understood, little effort. All the best!

if retripnoe (repeat as I understand it) issue (and it was kind of like the 1995th), then why in my book, this date does not appear anywhere else? why publishers to hide it and the owners retripnyh editions "mentalism" know that their book of 95-year?

Well, nowhere in the book, I do not see the numbers 1995-th year, and even more so in the place where the year of publication, but there is a figure of 1906!
