About food
 
Vchera delal spetsial'nyi "avstraliiskii" shashlyk (nafantaziroval!).
Svininu zamarinoval v mango + miod + sweet chili + luk, chesnok, chiornyi perets.

Poluchilos': OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, kak vkusno. Segodnia zamarinoval steik v kivi, perederzal, slishkom miagko.

Hapuka - koptit 'chudesno.
King fish - v liubom vide, a tuna - mmmmmm.
Eschio zaval'nyi john Dori, vkus pochti kak u langusta.

So, okay, I will share a recipe :)

Just the cake, designed for entertaining two active member of this forum and the mother of one of them. It is called "tarte Tatin", Tart Taten by the name of two sisters, old maids from Normandy, who accidentally dropped a cake on the pan upside down.
  • 8-10 sour apples (I take the green, Granite Smith)
  • 150 g of butter
  • 200 g of sugar (white!)
  • ground cinnamon
  • 200-250 g. puff pastry
  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan, there vsypte sugar, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon. When the caramel becomes golden, remove pan from heat. Not perederzhite, otherwise it will taste bitter!
