There are a lot of questions, first, why buy? Apparently, there was some sort of scheme of work with a budget (I can not believe that Zurab so does not understand the art). Secondly, all right, bought, have mastered the budget, why was hanged, why not hide in the farthest Zapasnik? And it just looks like a wild idea to show it outside the museum. It seems now that the museum run by people with a very peculiar world view, something we are not available.
