Rasulov Bakhtiar Juraevich , born in 1965 , native of Tashkent region , an Uzbek , a member of the Creative Union of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan. (s 5B).
Between 1965 and 1981, respectively studied at the Faculty "Theatrical scenery " Art School im.Benkova Tashkent.
In 1988 he took part in an exhibition of paintings by young artists in the theater " Ilkhom " Tashkent.
In 1996 , he participated in the shooting of the film " Timur " studio " Uzbekfilm " as a set designer .
In 1997 , he participated in the exhibition of Uzbek artists in the U.S. state of California .
Working in the tradition of realist painting , preferring domestic and genre scenes , is a follower of the school Benkov , Kashin, Kovalevkskoy .

Many of Rasulova are in private collections in Italy , England, France, Russia , Germany, Japan and Korea.

 1949 as a result of the reunification of the Tashkent Art College formed by transforming disparate schools of art that existed in Tashkent in 20 - 30s , and Samarkand Art School , which traces its history back to 1919 , was established in Tashkent Republican Art School named P . Benkov .

Initially, the school offices have been opened drawing teachers , theatrical scenery and sculpture , in 1952-53 years - Department of Applied Art ( Ganj and wood carving, carpet weaving , etc. , 1981 - Department of lacquer miniature ) , theater designers ( stage lighting equipment , illustrators scenes , makeup , props , costumes ) , in 1975 - office decoration. Ahmarov , A . Abdullayev , T. Tatevosyan , Benkov , Volkov, N. Kuzibaev .

 During the activity this school has prepared about 5000 highly qualified specialists working successfully in various areas of fine and decorative arts , not only in Central Asia , but also far beyond its borders . Among them are such well-known artists such as R. Akhmedov , A. Sokolov, AN Ponomarev, Nabiev , R. spell Umarbekov D. , B. Jalalov and others. In 43 countries around the world live and work by former students of the school.

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On establishment of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan " in 1997 and the Cabinet of Ministers "On the organization of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan " , Republican Art College transferred to the Office of the Academy of Arts and reconstituted as the National College of Art . This is - one of the most prestigious art schools in Central Asia.

Currently, the college has about 500 students from Uzbekistan and other countries in the world. College prepares students from 18 different fields : art, design, theatrical scenery , makeup, theatrical costume , props , sculpture , restoration, pottery , wood carving , ornament , lacquer miniature , glass , restoration of musical instruments , jewelry craftsmanship, ganch chasing metal , art-metal .
