Belikov Basil. Penza selling paintings of the artist

Vasili Matveyevich Belikov (1922-1994).
Penza artist, member of the USSR Union of Artists since 1975, a member of the regional and zonal (ten regions of Russia) shows. The artist's name is included in the "Dictionary of Russian and Soviet artists of the twentieth century» ("A Dictionary of Twentieth Century Russian and Soviet Painters"), as well as in the "World Biographical Dictionary of Artists» ("World Biographical Dictionary of Artists"), edition of Saur Verlag GmbH & Co, Redaktion AKL, Leipzig, Germany; Volume 8.
Working very much, the artist did not set targets for participation in exhibitions, organize personal exhibitions, not "punched" his rank and awards. Was far from all the fuss and tinsel, preferring to spend the energy, time and nerves. Engaged in their own creativity, creating paintings.
Therefore, there is no record of him in auction sales and other directories that discourages picky buyers for whom the first place is the name and the quality of art and skill of the author - is secondary.
Offering for sale a few works of his father.

"Early Spring" (canvas /oil, 64h80, 1982)
"Morning" (canvas /oil, 44h57, 1978)
"Corn Field" (canvas /canvas, 50x70, 1979)

It is evident that the artist worked with inspiration and his work will please many is not affected by the new artistic forms and techniques , but offers an inspired painting on a lot of the conventional art market , and buyers alas ... And yet on what your proposal , such as the first and last job?

He told me that the artist's skill determined by the number of used TITANIUM WHITE ))) The more he spends a whitewash, so he 's not an artist bolshii ))) And someone who knows how to use white paint instead of yellow, orange paint - MASTER . Apparently here and burning ))) ) I , personally , like it!

Igor52, Thank you for your kind words.
I myself am also delighted with the work of his father, from his manner.
But it's like, unfortunately, is not all.

Maybe yes, Penza ("Penza School" around huduchilisha Penza) is famous for its amber.

As it is not clear if I answered your question in the letter?
