Friend sent me a picture of not cheap ( in the tube ) from England to Moscow. Despite my instructions to send a picture of DHL /UPS, he sent it by mail. Has been about a month. I have not received notice from the post office . Has not once been in the area of ​​the post office , but there I was kicked , they say nothing , they said that only if there is a number you can send it to track. But since the picture was sent to an average English -mail (airmail) it has not been assigned a number. What do I do ? Already have a customer at this picture.
