I agree with the opinion of John Preston, the picture is not Russian, and European, passed easy tuning (such as AMG).

Image will not discuss (over such unearthly beauty and laughter is something - sin).
But the label - a funny, "with O vrasov"

A small clarification -
Savrasov was born May 12 (May 24 , New Style) , 1830 in Moscow, the son of a merchant of the third guild Kondrati Artemyevitch Savrasov. Father and son while writing his name in the "o" - Sovrasov (particularly Savrasov - wrote his name until the mid -1850s )

This picture to my reference is not irrelevant.
Of course , this is not Savrasov.
