Work with history ... The portrait was "saved" from destruction during the period of exposure of the personality cult . Stored in a tube, rolled up into a tube form , renovated in 2011.
There are suggestions that were painted by the famous artist ... < - ~ 3 ~ - > but it 's only a guess - make examination - hands are not there yet.
On the back of some inscription - could not read either before or after the restoration.

Usually, at the departmental, was placed on the back stamped "approved for hanging" or "glass", I can not remember the date, signature.
Seen at any of the regional committee of full-Stalin.
