uriart 11.01.2009 18:04

Drawing interesting, but so soon, Ingres, I would not hurry with conclusions.
You can sign a bigger picture and more clearly, please

So, describe, or made a mistake by topic? It is interesting to know, however.

I pomoemu wrote the author as it is written on paper. I know that Ingres signed on another - and so wanted to ask who might know this author!: confused:

Generally, it seems to me a beautiful picture.

Here's a signature with a picture (I increased), and the second signature - a drawing by Ingres, compare, gentlemen professionals:)

But the two signatures on one picture - you see, I simply do one's climb to create your ideal conditions!

Кирилл Сызранский 11.01.2009 18:59

Yes ... And what is the beginning of the sort!

uriart 13.01.2009 08:35

LCR, Here is the third letter in the signature I can see a "q". Do not you?
I had thought that the word "onqle" but this word is written with a "c"
So wondering.
Although the picture is clearly a good and professional.

Yes. A search of autographs of artists. But this is such a jungle ...

I think that in the inscription means not the author's name, but rather the act depicted in the picture.

Yura, theoretically, the third letter can really be "q" (not visible from the lower end), but in almost all European languages it must necessarily follow the letter "u", which is absent here (qualité, quart, enquête ...) The last two letters exactly "rs". First in my opinion still "I" (could be "J", but again, then for sure it must follow some kind of a vowel).

In my opinion it's still a signature. I looked in some databases, Ingersa not found (there are several Ingerzoley), but this does not mean anything - in these databases gape "black dyri, especially on old art.

That such parsley is obtained:)
