As regards the text on the reverse - " 1914 , 106 th Regiment ... Ufa - filed a petition to his Majesty the adoption of its new service in the regiment retired Colonel Alexander N. Soloviev , served in our regiment continuously 36 years ! " He arrived at the front as early as the end of 1914 Year ... It is my understanding that the Ufa colonel , has resigned , and blessed with this icon his regiment . But later , for obvious reasons , decided to return. |
