Морской трибунал требует освободить экипаж Arctic Sunrise

Международный трибунал по морскому праву в Гамбурге постановил снять арест с голландского судна Arctic Sunrise и отпустить его экипаж, задержанный в Печорском море в сентябре 2013 году во время попытки устроить акцию на платформе «Приразломная». Об этом сообщает РИА Новости. Решение огласил председатель трибунала Сюндзи Янаи.

Пока неизвестно, какие последствия будет иметь решение трибунала, так как ранее Москва отказалась участвовать в разбирательствах.
