what about this lot - it is not sold ... There is a small (unsigned) watercolor Repin and his two letters on the building of the monument to Shevchenko. It is interested to purchase after sale, is believed colleagues?

Two authograph letters signed by Ilya Repin, dated Penaty Kuokkala 20 April 1908, on 4.5 pages. Original watercolour by Repin enclosed. Unsigned. 8.5 x 6 cm. (3).

The letters are concerning the monument project for Taras Schevchenko, the Ukrainian poet and painter, and adressed for Vyacheslav Constantinovich.

For Ukraine, should be interesting.
