It is one of the two Belarusian artists who had the idea of modern art in 1970, and left behind a considerable legacy of this type. Presented picture is just an illustration of the fact that A. Maliszewski able to paint realistic landscapes, no more.

Referring to one of the two, you probably have a view of another Basova. But the artists who know and take into account the practice of "modern art" in Belarus was just so much more.
Frankly I do not see much difference between early and late works of these artists (remember that, and Basov, beginning with the fact that just simply "learned to paint realistic landscapes ")))). No radical change in their manner, style, etc. did not happen, but if some changes were that they were not from "modern art", but from the good old formalism. And because of the white. artists I would rather compare with the creative work Malishevskogo. Tarasikova, Sevruk and Anton Barhatkova.

That turns three of Malishevskogo 70-ies from the catalog. In the near future skin more recent paintings of this artist, is almost entirely non-figurative)

I suspect that the "second artist" did I. Basov. (although he probably first).
Here are a couple of interesting works Malishevskogo of LJ.
1) "Siarhei"
2) "Pad Night"

The first work, it seems, belongs to the one shown in the picture of the artist's son - Sergei Malishevskogo also a good artist. Second - in a private meeting, in Russian it is called "In the evening, the work in 1973.

I really meant Israel Basov.
