Based on this legislation, we are a group of individuals, asking the Russian Government and the Government of Perm Region:
- Create and publish a plan for the transfer of property to religious organizations for religious purposes in the Perm region in order to implement the requirements of the Federal Law dated November 30, 2010 № 327-FZ (as per Art. 5327-FL);
- Establish a commission with representatives from government bodies, public organizations, governing bodies of religious organizations, and professionals to resolve disputes arising from the transfer of real property for religious purposes to religious organizations (according to Art. 9327-FL);
- To extend the contract with the Perm State Art Gallery in the operational management of cultural heritage object to federal time of the commission and the development and implementation plan for the transfer of property to religious organizations for religious purposes.
