КУЛЬТУРА И ГОСУДАРСТВО - CULTURE AND STATE

Исторически сложившееся понимание «культуры», как возделывания и улучшения почвы, сегодня понимается более широко, как сублимация, улучшение и совершенствование чего-либо – накопление знаний, улучшение нравов, совершенствование науки и техники и т.д.
Зачем народу, а следовательно, государству культура?
Может быть это что-то лишнее, второстепенное, обуза для общества?
Многие считают, что главное материальные блага, питание, крыша над головой, ну, может быть, развлечение, отдых; бездумный, привычный и рутинный образ жизни…
Что все лучшее создано в прошлом, нашими предками, что нужно жить в настоящем, без всяких там «новаций», не заботясь о будущем, весело проживая капитал, доставшийся нам от прошлого…
Есть еще мнение, что главное добросовестно и много трудиться, и «что без труда, не вынешь и рыбку из пруда».
Жизнь показывает, что жить по «заветам предков» и обильный и добросовестный труд, не панацея от всех напастей.
К сожалению или, к счастью, жизнь не стоит на месте, все стремительно меняется. Вместе с новыми знаниями и технологиями приходит понимание, что не удастся отсидеться в уютном прошлом, что новое время требует новых, не стандартных подходов и решений.
Время застоя, идеализации прошлого, кончилось; пришел новый, кардинально изменившийся мир, стоящий на пороге глобальных изменений, где без опоры на талант и высокую культуру выжить будет нельзя.
Обе части расколовшегося на «Запад» и «Восток» мира, - несовершенны. У обоих есть достоинства, не хватающие противоположной стороне и недостатки, нуждающиеся в искоренении. Дальнейшее силовое противостояние двух частей мира бесперспективно, катастрофично и в конечном итоге, не выгодно никому.
Идеальную жизнь в этом мире и на этом свете построить невозможно, но улучшать ее и стремиться к лучшему будущему не только можно, но и нужно. Становится понятно, что силовая победа друг над другом не рациональна и, следовательно нужно двигаться к сближению позиций, принятию существующей реальности и компромиссу.
Для этого «Западу» необходимо начать внутреннюю борьбу с анархическими и циничными наднациональными силами, которые эгоистически, любой ценой, не думая о будущем своей страны, а тем более всего мира, стремятся к своему господству. Рациональный ум, опирающийся только на силу и отбрасывающий мировую культуру, истину и справедливость, как путы и препятствие на пути к личной победе, неизбежно создает хаос, кровь и разруху не только где-то далеко, но и в своей стране.
Тем не менее, не смотря на катастрофизм ситуации, когда это выгодно мощным анархическим силам Запада, обладающим властью и капиталами, удается достигнуть относительно больших успехов в области организации производства, науки и культуры.
У нас другая беда. Не смотря на похвальную ориентацию на социальную защиту и заботу о «простом» человеке, оставшуюся от советского прошлого, оттуда же пришел иррациональный страх, недоверие и неприязнь к культуре и человеку творческой ориентации.
Сегодня, когда ситуация изменилась, мы начинаем понимать, что даже напряженный труд большинства общества не может обойтись без острого ума, изобретательности и таланта очень малой его части, способной совершать удивительные открытия, радикально меняющие качество нашей жизни. Что старый лозунг, гласивший: - «не заменимых нет» - глубоко ошибочен, и от одной идеи, одного открытия, от одного человека зависят жизни многих людей, а иногда и целых государств.
Тут нужно понимать, что судьбоносные открытия не могут появиться без культурного окружения, без общего воздуха всех видов искусства.
Искусства серьезного, не рассчитанного на многомиллионную аудиторию, пропаганду и конъюнктуру (тут я не зачеркиваю роль попсы, политикам нужно подумать о способах их сочетания).
Ясно одно, что государству, политикам, нужно перестать вбивать клин между талантом и народом, не делать из интеллигенции врага и гнать ее за заработками на Запад, тем самым усиливая противостояние и ослабляя себя. Нужно показать народу важность культуры и ее носителей, окружить их заботой, почетом, уважением и любовью.
Превратить из изгоев и врагов в друзей…
От этого мы все только выиграем!
Вот только не будем искать прямую экономическую выгоду от продажи произведений искусства, она может быть и может не быть, не это главное. Важное, - след, оставленный в нашей душе, духовный подъем и новые горизонты на нашем пути в будущее.

The historical understanding of “culture” as the cultivation and improvement of the soil is today understood more broadly as the sublimation and improvement of something - the accumulation of knowledge, the improvement of morals, the improvement of science and technology, etc.
Why do the people, and therefore the state, need culture?
Maybe this is something superfluous, secondary, a burden for society?
Many people believe that the main thing is material wealth, food, a roof over your head, well, maybe entertainment, rest; a thoughtless, habitual and routine way of life...
That all the best was created in the past, by our ancestors, that we need to live in the present, without any “innovations”, without worrying about the future, cheerfully living the capital we inherited from the past...
There is also an opinion that the main thing is to work conscientiously and hard, and “without labor, you won’t be able to take a fish out of the pond.”
Life shows that living according to the “testaments of our ancestors” and abundant and conscientious work is not a panacea for all ills.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, life does not stand still, everything is changing rapidly. Along with new knowledge and technologies comes the understanding that it will not be possible to sit in the cozy past, that new times require new, non-standard approaches and solutions.
The time of stagnation, of idealization of the past, is over; A new, radically changed world has arrived, standing on the threshold of global changes, where it will be impossible to survive without relying on talent and high culture.
Both parts of the world which split into “West” and “East,” are imperfect. Both have advantages that the other side lacks and disadvantages that need to be eradicated. Further forceful confrontation between the two parts of the world is futile, catastrophic and, ultimately, not beneficial to anyone.
It is impossible to build an ideal life in this world and the Earth, but improving it and striving for a better future is not only possible, but also necessary. It becomes clear that forceful victory over each other is not rational and, therefore, it is necessary to move towards rapprochement of positions, acceptance of the existing reality and compromise.
To do this, the “West” needs to begin an internal struggle against anarchic and cynical supranational forces that selfishly, at any cost, without thinking about the future of their country, and especially the whole world, strive for their dominance. The rational mind, relying only on force and rejecting world culture, truth and justice, as fetters and an obstacle to personal victory, inevitably creates chaos, blood and devastation not only somewhere far away, but also in its own country.
However, despite the catastrophic nature of the situation, when it is beneficial to the powerful anarchist forces of the West, possessing power and capital, it is possible to achieve relatively great successes in the field of organizing production, science and culture.
We have another problem. Despite the commendable focus on social protection and care for the “common” person left over from the Soviet past, irrational fear, distrust and hostility towards culture and people of creative orientation came from there.
Today, when the situation has changed, we are beginning to understand that even the hard work of the majority of society cannot do without the sharp mind, ingenuity and talent of a very small part of it, capable of making amazing discoveries that radically change the quality of our lives. That the old slogan that said: “There are no irreplaceable people” is deeply erroneous, and the lives of many people, and sometimes entire states, depend on one idea, one discovery, one person.
Here you need to understand that fateful discoveries cannot appear without a cultural environment, without the common air of all types of art.
Serious art, not designed for an audience of millions, propaganda and market conditions (here I am not discounting the role of pop art; politicians need to think about ways to combine them).
One thing is clear that the state and politicians need to stop driving a wedge between talent and the people, not make an enemy out of the intelligentsia and drive them to the West to earn money, thereby strengthening the confrontation and weakening themselves. It is necessary to show the people the importance of culture and its bearers, to surround them with care, honor, respect and love.
Transform from outcasts and enemies into friends...
We will all benefit from this!
But let’s not look for direct economic benefits from the sale of works of art, there may or may not be one, that’s not the main thing. The important thing is the trace left in our soul, spiritual uplift and new horizons on our path to the future.
