Ocean and majestic scenery of this place has fascinated Richard forever. Savoie is one of the most prominent canadian artists in the technique of pastel, and his work can be found in private collections around the world.

In today"s frantic pace of life where people try-то to keep up, not noticing the beauty of the neighborhood streets or city parks. Wonderful canadian artist decided to remind them about it and wrote a series of urban landscapes radiating now peace and tranquility. Looking at these pictures, I want to get under a warm blanket, to take in hands a Cup of warm tea and achieve emotional balance.
