a Modern Japanese artist and graphic Ichiro Tsuruta (Ichiro Tsuruta) was born in Kumamoto Prefecture in 1954
Receiving education at the faculty of graphic design at Tama Art College, early career, he devoted realistic illustration of a Western style.
