Beclan Kizilcay (Beklan Kızılvcay) @ - a Turkish artist. Born in 1968 in Istanbul. In 1986 he enrolled in the University of Mimar Sinan, faculty of fine arts, then continued her studies at the faculty of ceramic engineering.
