Artist Charles Wysocki|'street scene'

artist Charles Wysocki was born in November 16, 1928 in Detroit, Michigan. Charles was a very popular and well-known American artist, whose works depicted stylized versions of American life the past years. And found them to be not only paintings, but also on postcards and posters. And today, his work is very popular and is still in demand and are sold in many well-known on-line galleries.
In his youth, living in Detroyde He attended Cass Technical High School, where he studied art. In 1950, while working in a local art studio, he was drafted into the army, where he spent two years in the service in West Germany. After the army he entered the Art Center School in Los Angeles, where he studied at the illustrator. After 4 years of Charles opens in Los Angeles Advertising Agency freelancers (freelance advertising agency).
In 1960 he married Elizabeth G. Lawrence, which moved into the valley of San Francisco (San Fernando Valley), which enjoys the charms of rural life, compared to c-largest city. He and his wife often traveled to New England, and in the process trips trying to find as much information about the origins of American folk art. Charles Wysocki died July 29, 2002 in California.
