ФЕСТИВАЛЬ АРТ-МИНСК И ИСКУССТВО
«Мы развиваем искусство, а не направление или вкус» (В. Бабарико)

Этот грандиозный фестиваль, раскинувшийся одновременно на многих площадках Минска является продолжением многолетней просветительской деятельности Белгазпромбанка, возглавляемого Виктором Бабарико.
Тут нужно отметить весьма достойную коллекцию белорусской живописи, собранной банком и , видимо подтолкнувшую к организации выставок современной живописи – сначала молодежных, а теперь и без возрастных ограничений.
Во время бросающегося в глаза падения общей культуры не только в Беларуси, но во всем мире, поддержка культуры нужна и своевременна.
Для повышения качества выставки и для снятия обвинений в пристрастности, организаторы фестиваля пригласили итальянского специалиста по стратегии социальной вовлеченности, коллективному искусству, исследованию «ультра современных арт- практик» и куратора выставки Бэнкси в Риме Стефано Антонелли.
Возможные обвинения в коррупционности были сняты, выставка получилась эффектной, но поставленный лозунг - «Мы развиваем искусство, а не направление или вкус» оказался не осуществленным. Под руководством итальянского куратора, как ни странно, экспозиция оказалась неотличима от предыдущих не менее эффектных экспозиций Союза Художников Беларуси.
В чем причина этого идейного застоя и топтания на месте?
Искусство нельзя ни развивать, ни создавать со стороны! Этот процесс глубоко интимный. Искусство рождается (или не рождается) глубоко внутри личности.
Примерно также, как ребенок у матери – заранее заказать пол, цвет глаз и волос нельзя.
Тут Микеланджело был глубоко прав, когда утверждал, что его скульптуры были заключены ранее в необработанном мраморе, его же задачей было просто, при помощи резца извлечь их оттуда…
Тем не менее, можно (и нужно) создавать благоприятные условия для его (искусства) рождения…
Тут нужно учесть, что аналогия искусства с «рождением» не полна.
Если каждая женщина, теоретически, способна родить ребенка, то настоящие произведения искусства рождаются не у всех, а принципиально у очень небольшого количества людей, буквально у единиц…
Они являются создателями доселе не существовавших, неповторимых новых миров.
Открывают тайну тектонических изменений не только своей, но и общечеловеческой психики… Находят неожиданные выходы из, казалось бы непроходимых тупиков… Или закрывают наезженные пути, ведущие человечество в пропасть.
Остальные, а это подавляющее большинство, движутся по дорогам, проложенным ранее культурой и искусством, повинуясь общепринятым канонам, схемам и стереотипам.
Это нормально и естественно. Так устроен мир…
Неразумно осуждать большинство за то, что оно устроено так, а не иначе.
Но еще более неразумно не прислушиваться к голосу интуиции искусства при неизбежной необходимости корректировки направления движения общества.
Самая большая опасность подстерегающая общество сегодня – это наша гипнотическая уверенность в силе и правоте господствующих над нами стереотипов.
Сегодня, спасти общество может не организация смотров массовой культуры и, так называемых «ультрасовременных арт- практик коллективного искусства», не помпезных мероприятий, бьющих на эффект, а создание условий, при которых может быть услышан подлинный, внутренний, не фальшивящий голос настоящего искусства.

"We are developing an art, but not direction or taste" (V. Babariko)

This grandiose festival, which is spread simultaneously on many stages of Minsk, is a continuation of the long-term educational activity of Belgazprombank headed by Viktor Babariko.
It is necessary to note a very worthy collection of Belarusian painting assembled by the bank and which apparently prompted the organization of exhibitions of contemporary art – first of the youth, and now without of age restrictions.
Simultaneously with the striking fall of the general culture not only in Belarus, but and over the all world, the cultural support is needed and timely.
With the aim to improve the quality of the exhibition and to remove accusations of a bias, the organizers of the festival invited an Italian specialist in social inclusion strategy, collective art, research of "ultra modern art practices" and curator of the Banksy exhibition in Rome Stefano Antonelli.
The possible charges of corruption were dropped, the exhibition turned out to be spectacular, but the slogan "We develop an art, but not direction or taste" was not implemented. Under the guidance of the Italian curator, strangely enough, the exhibition was indistinguishable from the previous no less spectacular expositions of the Belarus Artists Union.
What is the cause for this ideological stagnation and trampling on the same place?
Art can neither be developed nor created from outside! This process is deeply intimate. Art is born (or not born) deep into the personality.
It is about the same as a child from a mother - you can’t order neither a gender beforehand nor the color of eyes and hair.
Here Michelangelo was deeply right when he asserted that his sculptures were previously enclosed in untreated marble, his task was simple, using a cutter to extract them from there...
Nevertheless, it is possible (and necessary) to create favorable conditions for the art birth...
Here you need to consider that the analogy of creation with the "birth" is not complete.
If every woman, theoretically is capable of giving the birth to a child, then the real works of art are not born from every one, but in principle by very few people, literally by single persons...
They are the creators of the earlier unrealized, unique new worlds.
They reveal the secret of the tectonic changes not only of their own soul, but also of the universal mentality mankind... They find unexpected exits from seemingly impassable dead ends... Or they close the well-trodden paths leading humanity into the abyss.
The rest people, and these are overwhelming majority, have moving by the roads which was laid earlier by culture and art, obeying the generally accepted canons, schemes and stereotypes.
This is normal and natural. So the world is arranged...
It is unreasonable to condemn the majority for the fact that it is arranged in such a way, and not otherwise.
But it is even more unreasonable not to listen for the voice of the intuition of art with the inevitable need to correct the direction of the movement of society.
The greatest danger is facing for the society today is our hypnotic confidence in the strength and rightness of the stereotypes that prevail over us.
Today can save us not the organization of the mass culture shows and so-called "ultra modern art practices of collective art", not pompous events that are hitting for the effect, but the creation of conditions under which the true, inner, non-falsifying voice of real art can be heard.
