Artist Igor Razzhivin - was born in 1958, in the suburban Lyubertsy. After graduating from art faculty mgzpi, in 1986 began to exhibit their work, participate in local and international forums and exhibitions.
In 2009 became a member of" Международного art фонда".
the artist"s Paintings were acquired for the Federation Council, State Duma, Moscow Mayor"s office and the presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. Regularly purchased works by the artist commemorative gifts for senior visitors to our country.
In December 2016, Russian President Vladimir Putin during his visit to Japan gave one of the paintings of Igor Razzhivin Prime-министру Shinzo Abe.
