Every once the explosion makes me depressed. And not because it arouses some fears, no. I am not afraid. I'm not afraid of death, and hopefully ready for it. It's just different. Each such burst increasingly reveals the corrosion system. And it's not that there were no metal detector, or there, "the security system was not working." Whatever the system, terrorists will always find a loophole. Case that, and as happens after the explosion. Here corrosion system can be observed in all varieties.

In Domodedovo Airport has everything: their physicians, and its security services and police. However, according to witnesses, first "staff" appeared on the scene of the explosion just 15 minutes. Prior to that, "rescue the drowning was the handiwork of drowning." Interestingly, medical, security and police - they were afraid to go there, or just do not know what to do? I am absolutely sure that they have a lot of different securities, which govern their actions in such situations.

Next.
It would seem that for Russia, such bombings have become commonplace, and certainly something that a sequence of actions to develop and to work them into the training could be a long time. But yesterday's events have shown anything like that. When both took a lot of Rather, they had to collect it with the world on a string, to drive from Moscow, putting on the possibility of getting seriously injured is the first medical and skilled emergency care. Some of this cost of living: someone died on the way to the hospital, and someone in a hospital in the next few hours. And any student physician-level 4-year students will be able to explain that if not for the fact that first physician, and even first aid was provided in the first 5 minutes, then people could stay alive. In such injuries, death occurs or from blood loss or traumatic shock. And that, and other easily preventable - tourniquet (as there were people with a margin of limb pain !!!), enter, set a drip. In the U.S., and most countries do, "paramedics", ie not even doctors or nurses, but simply trained personnel - firefighters, police, or staff of such public places as airport.

And finally, our tubes. Ambulances, "just could not get into the center, large multi-hospital, and were forced to deliver the victims wherever they can, even in district hospitals, which do not fit to receive such number of such difficult patients simultaneously.

Judging by how even a few hours later there was no information about how many died, how many were affected, not to mention the names, the site is going one more mess. But there came who could: and the MOE and the police and the FSB, and physicians. Everybody's business is nobody's business.
