Chinese artist Liu Feng Liang was born in Beijing in 1944.He studied art at the Beijing Conservatory and the Central Academy of fine arts. Since 1978, teaches at the school of architecture of Tsinghua University, since 1984 @- Director of the municipal art Department, acting head of the Institute of fine arts, school of architecture, Professor of art and Tsinghua University.
member of the artists Association of China, Director of Beijing society of aquarellists. In 2017 in China, she published her book on the art of watercolor.
