Oseeva Alina was born in 1964 in the city of Zagorsk, Moscow region.

In 1981, he graduated from Feodosia art school. I. K. Aivazovsky, and in 1986 the Kharkov art-промышленный Institute, faculty of artistic design.

First personal exhibition took place in art school in Feodosia. Repeatedly participated in collective exhibitions, including at the art gallery. I. K. Aivazovsky, the Museum of Alexander grin in the Kharkiv art Museum.
