Painter Dmitry Kustanovich was born on the 29th of March in 1970 in Minsk. The beginning of creative activity of the artist passed in his native city of Minsk. It was here that he began to create today famous series" City rain"," Butterflies"," Glass".
In 2006, the artist moved to Saint-Петербург. The first exhibition in which the artist participated, brought him success and recognition. On their exhibition sites accept well-known St. Petersburg gallery owners: Mikhailov, Georgy Nikolayevich (the Creator and owner of the Fund of free Russian contemporary art), Tretyakov, Vitaly, and many others. Annually and becomes a Christmas tradition of St. Petersburg personal exhibition of Dmitry Kustanovich in Smolny Cathedral Санкт-Петербурга.
1995 and 2016 has held over 90 exhibitions, most of them — personal. His works are in galleries and private collections in many countries of the world.
Is the founder of a new style of painting – spatial realism. Spatial realism – style painting of Dmitry Kustanovich, which is depicted within the same plane and within a realistic method space through the expressive means of painting acquires a three-dimensional effect and dynamic.

In December 2009 Dmitry Kustanovich is awarded the title of Academician of the Academy of fine arts and design (Saint-Петербург).
